At Cybear VPN, we strive to provide a reliable and satisfying service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a straightforward refund policy for our subscription plans, subject to the following conditions:
Non-Refundable Plans:
- 1-Day Plans: Subscriptions purchased for a duration of one (1) day are non-refundable.
- 1-Week Plans: Subscriptions purchased for a duration of one (1) week are non-refundable.
Monthly Plans:
- For monthly subscription plans, a refund will not be issued if the service has been used for more than half (1/2) of the subscription period (i.e., more than 15 days within a 30-day cycle).
- To be eligible for a refund on a monthly plan, you must submit your refund request within the first fifteen (15) days of your subscription, and your usage must not exceed the specified limit.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through our customer support system or via email, with your account details and the reason for your request. All refund requests will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined above.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are typically processed within three (3) business days after approval.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Cybear VPN's official channels. Purchases made through third-party vendors or app stores may be subject to their respective refund policies.
- Cybear VPN reserves the right to deny a refund request if it believes the policy is being abused.
